Your role
Buscamos analista de laboratorio de Química para dar soporte al departamento durante 6 MESES
Realizar tareas de análisis químico de cierta complejidad y variedad de materias primas, productos en fase bulk (preliminares), productos recién elaborados y estabilidades. El objetivo es que el analista esté debidamente preparado y formado para poder ser asignado a los departamentos de Incoming (sección Materias Primas) o Producto Acabado y Estabilidades.
1. Efectúa los análisis de las muestras de: Materias Primas, muestras preliminares (bulks) Productos recién elaborados (acabados) y muestras de reclamaciones.
2. Maneja los instrumentos de laboratorio necesarios para realizar los análisis. Utiliza cromatógrafos líquidos (HPLC’s), cromatógrafos de gases (HSGC), espectrofotómetros (UV-VIS, NIR), viscosímetros, polarímetro, KF, pH-metros, conductímetros, densímetro, osmómetro, potenciómetro, microscopio con analizador de imágenes, estufas (de secado, de vacío, muflas)
3.Prepara y firma la documentación que debe acompañar a cada lote analizado.
Controla la documentación que emite e introduce los datos correspondientes en los sistemas informáticos de gestión del Laboratorio.
4. Prepara y documenta patrones de trabajo, reactivos de análisis, soluciones valoradas, etc.

| 1. Formación básica: Mínimo formación en FPII (Rama Química) o Ciclo Superior en Anàlisis y control de Calidad. |

2. Formación adicional: Conocimientos de informática a nivel de usuario (tratamiento de textos, hoja de cálculo) Conocimientos de técnicas de análisis instrumental propios de la industria farmacéutica, especialmente HPLC. Se valorará conocimientos en LIMS y Empower. Se valorarán conocimientos de GMPs y GDPs. |
