Your role

Pharmakanten (m/w/d) arbeiten in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in der sterilen Herstellung und stellen an automatisierten Maschinen und Anlagen Arzneimittel her und verpacken diese. Die Produktion von Arzneimitteln erfolgt unter hohen hygienischen Vorgaben. Dementsprechend tragen die Pharmakanten (m/w/d) eine hohe Verantwortung bei der Einhaltung und Beachtung der pharmazeutischen Standards und Richtlinien.

Während der Ausbildung zum Pharmakanten (m/w/d) lernen Sie bei uns die naturwissenschaftlichen und technischen Seiten unseres pharmazeutischen Industrieunternehmens kennen. Ihre Hauptaufgabe wird die sterile Herstellung und Abfüllung von Arzneimitteln sein. Dort werden Sie in unterschiedlichen Produktionsbereichen eingearbeitet und lernen die genaue Handhabung der Ansatz- und Abfüllanlagen kennen. Die optische Kontrolle und die Verpackung der Produkte werden Ihnen ebenfalls vermittelt. In unseren Laboren wird Ihnen die chemische Analytik von Rohstoffen und Fertigwaren beigebracht und Sie erhalten Einblick in die Qualitätsprüfung von flüssigen Arzneimitteln und die mikrobiologische Überwachung des Herstellprozesses. Im Laufe der Ausbildung werden Sie alle relevanten Qualitätsstandards und notwendigen Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)- gerechte Dokumentation erlernen und anwenden können.

Gute Noten in Chemie, Physik und Mathematik

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products
