Your role

  • Betrieb und Unterhalt unserer Kommunikationssysteme mit Schwerpunkt MS Teams, Skype for Business sowie Exchange Online
  • Projektierung und Entwicklung unserer Lösungen im Bereich Unified Communications und Messaging
  • Verantwortung des Betriebes sowie Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaften
  • Erkennen und Behebung von Störungen
  • Einbringen des Fachwissens in internationalen IT-Projekte
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informationstechnisches Studium oder IT-Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung beim Betrieb von Microsoft Skype for Business und Microsoft Teams
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung beim Betrieb von Microsoft-basierten Infrastrukturen
  • Expertise in der Gestaltung, Konfiguration und Implementierung globaler UC-Lösungen
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Verbesserung der Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Stabilität verschiedener Systemressourcen
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-Systemen, vorzugsweise Teams, Skype for Business und Exchange
  • Gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift (deutsch, englisch)

The Siegfried Group is one of the world’s leading Custom Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) developing and producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), intermediates and finished dosage forms.
