Insurance, Integrity & Sustainability Specialist of the Siegfried group renders comprehensive administrative and technical support to Siegfried Sustainability Board and the Siegfried Legal Compliance Office with respect to a broad range of tasks:

Integrity & Ethics

supports the administrative case management of legal compliance incidents and investigations;
supports the drafting and implementation of regulations, guidelines, instructions and other internal and external publications in the field of Legal Compliance & Ethics;
supports the preparation and implementation of electronic, virtual and physical trainings of the Siegfried corporate functions and the Siegfried sites in the field of Legal Compliance & Ethics on a global level;
supports t in the fields of personal data protection laws and information security.

Insurance Case Administration

serves as administrative contact person for the insurance claim handling of the Siegfried group on a global level;
supports the management of corporate insurance claims;
is responsible for the implementation and management of a global database for the allocation of insurance fees amongst the Siegfried group companies;
is responsible for the data aggregation and maintenance of the Siegfried insurance claim reporting;
supports the drafting and implementation of regulations, guidelines, instructions and other internal and external publications in the field of Insurance.

Sustainability

is responsible for setting up, managing and maintaining a global sustainability data base of the Siegfried group;
supports the Sustainability Board in its interaction with various stakeholders in the field of sustainability, in particular with respect to sustainability assessments by rating agencies and/or supplier due diligence questionnaires of customers;
supports the implementation and management of a global supplier due diligence system;
supports the Sustainability Board in the drafting of the sustainability report of the Siegfried group and other external publications in the field of sustainability;
supports the Sustainability Board in the drafting and implementation of regulations, guidelines and other internal documents in the field of sustainability;
provides administrative-technical support to the Sustainability Board in a variety of projects in the field of sustainability.

Your profile

The position of Insurance, Integrity & Sustainability Specialist of the Siegfried group requires a comprehensive commercial education and prior work experience on a technical administrative level in the field of sustainability, compliance or insurance. Furthermore, expertise in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the CDMO market, as well as a solid understanding of general business economics are of advantage:

At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable position in an advisory firm, an industrial company or an insurance company
Administrative degree or similar
Excellent skills in all major IT applications, in particular MS excel and MS powerpoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language of local Siegfried sites (German, Spanish or French).
Willingness to work in a global environment, in different languages and over different time zones.
Excellent networking and communication skills.
Strong time management, prioritization and organization
High responsiveness, reliability and integrity.
