Your role
· Führt selbstständig Prüfungen im Bereich mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle GMP- und termingerecht aus entsprechend der jeweiligen Prüfvorschriften
· Führt selbstständig Validierungen im Bereich mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle GMP- und termingerecht aus
· Selbstständige zeitliche Organisation des Tages- und Wochen-Ablaufs sowie die GMP-gerechte Planung und Durchführung von Prüfungen/Validierungen im Bereich mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle
· Erstellt GMP- und termingerechte Dokumentation für zusätzliche Projektarbeiten
· Kann in Rahmen seiner Funktion unter Einhaltung der unternehmensinternen Regelungen alle Maßnahmen durchführen, die der eigenverantwortlichen Erfüllung seines Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereiches dienen.
· Unterstützt bei der Erfassung und der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und CAPAs (Corrective & Preventative Action) in der Abteilung Mikrobiologie und engagiert sich selbstständig und (pro)aktiv bei der Vermeidung / Behebung von Problemen
· Erkennt und organisiert eigenverantwortlich im Rahmen seiner Funktion Engpässe bei Ressourcen im Voraus, kommuniziert diese und hilft bei deren Lösungen, wenn nötig auch in Absprache mit anderen Abteilungen, um die Arbeitsroutine sicher zu stellen (z.B. Nachbestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien)
· Erstellt Lastenhefte und wirkt mit bei der (Initial)Qualifizierung (IQ/OQ/PQ) neuer Geräte und Anlagen
· Führt die Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen aus
· Überwachung von Datenerfassungssystemen in Bezug auf Temperatur und Druck von Räumen und Gerätschaften sowie die Einleitung notwendiger Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Bedarf.
· Erstellung und Verwaltung von Statistiken, Datenbanken und Lösungen zur Arbeitsoptimierung mit Zugriff auf notwendige IT-Systeme (z. B. MS Office, Dr. Doc, SAP, ProGrafNT, LIMS)
Your profile
· Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftlich-technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. BTA / Biologie-Laborant); mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
· Berufserfahrung in Bereich Mikrobiologie und Hygiene sowie idealerweise bei der Herstellung steriler Arzneiformen von Vorteil
· Englisch in Wort und Schrift
· EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Grundkenntnisse Microsoft Office
· Teamfähigkeit, kommunikative Kompetenz, Kritikfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit
· Sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

What we do in Hameln
Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.
Main activities
- Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
- Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products
