Your role
Support on projects during the Life Cycle of a given product, e. g. product launches, changes, transfers, pruning, or divestment, ensuring coordination across global and local functions, being involved or leading cross-functional teams, to ensure optimal realization of product strategies.
Major accountabilities:
Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure the coordination of all product Life cycle activities.
Drive the evaluation and define the scope and objectives of projects (for new and existing customers), as well as support preparation of business cases and quotations, incl. financial evaluation, in close collaboration with Project and Program Management area.
Drive the definition of project milestones for projects managed by the LCM and ensure project implementation is done according to the agreed timelines.
Define and establish the master data strategy during initiation phase together with Master Data team to ensure an early master data modelling for all Life Cycle Projects.
Identify potential risks, elaborate contingency plans as appropriate, and ensure escalation pathway is followed for projects with problem status.
Align inventory level and bridging stock when needed (launches, divestments...)
Ensure data completeness and accurate monthly reporting for each project.
Communicate project progress and deviations. Ensure information flow to customers and sites.
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Promote process improvements by participating in cross-functional/cross Supply unit initiatives, as well as support Process-Owner by providing active feedback on possible process improvements.
Carefully handle of confidential and sensitive information.
Carry out ad hoc tasks, which are necessary to achieve the business objectives.
Your profile
Advanced spoken English and advanced level written English.
Experience within pharmaceutical industry in any function (e.g. supply chain, production and/or technical development)
Good understanding of pharmaceutical or food industry supply chain processes.
Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment.
Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills and creative problem solving skills.
