Your role
Material
· Verwaltung des taktischen Beschaffungsprozesses für direkte Materialien mit dem Ziel, Lagerbestände zu reduzieren, Kosten zu optimieren und die Materialverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen
· Sicherstellung der termingerechten Beschaffung direkter Materialien und Reduzierung von Abschreibungen
· Zusammenarbeit mit Einkäufern/Planern und dem Management zur Lösung von Problemen bei der Umsetzung des Materialplans, um sicherzustellen, dass der Hauptproduktionsplan eingehalten wird
· Koordination und Verwaltung der Einführung neuer Designs auf bedrucktem Material, um eine termingerechte Umsetzung gemäß Kundenanforderungen zu gewährleisten und die Vernichtung von Lagerbeständen zu minimieren
· Aktualisierung der entsprechenden Datenbanken, Verhandlung mit Kunden bei Verzögerungen bei der Designfreigabe und Sicherstellung der korrekten Stückliste/BV im Falle einer Materialcode-Änderung
· Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Bestandsgenauigkeit und Einhaltung der Inventarziele, um eine Überschreitung der Lagerbestände zu vermeiden
· Sicherstellung eines korrekten Obsoleszenz Prozesses sowie der korrekten Bestandsbuchung
Stammdaten
· Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Pflege der Stammdaten in SAP gemäß den geschäftlichen Anforderungen
· Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit neuer Artikel oder erforderlicher Änderungen in SAP
· Verwaltung und Pflege aller erforderlichen Parameter in SAP für ein effizientes Bestandsmanagement im MRP
· Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollen zur Überprüfung der Datenzuverlässigkeit und zur Wiederherstellung fehlender Informationen in den Stammdaten
· Sicherstellung der schnellen Verfügbarkeit neuer Produktversionen in SAP innerhalb der festgelegten Fristen
Your profile
· Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain oder alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann möglichst mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Planung und Steuerung (z.B. REFA-Grundausbildung oder Fachschein)
· Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung und Steuerung sowie Beschaffung
· Sprachkenntnisse Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
· Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
· Fähigkeiten in Projektsteuerung, -führung und -umsetzung
· Hohe Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
· Gute Anwendungskenntnisse von SAP, Schedule++ (als Planungssoftware) und MS-Office

What we do in Hameln
Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.
Main activities
- Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
- Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products

- Batch size: up to 3500 liters
