Your role
Siegfried besitzt ein breites Spektrum an Entwicklungs- und Mehrzweck-Produktionsanlagen für Arzneimittel-Wirkstoffe (API). In einem 3-Schichtbetrieb (Mo-Fr) sind Sie in den Pilotanlagen der chemischen Entwicklung verantwortlich für die
- Herstellung von anspruchsvollen pharmazeutischen Zwischenprodukten und Wirkstoffen
- Entwicklung und Aufstufung (Scale up, Small Scale) in den Pilotanlagen
- Aufstufung neu entwickelter chemischer Prozesse im Minipilot (10 l - 30 l)
- Selbständige Bedienung von SPS und pneumatisch gesteuerten Anlagen
- Selbständige Durchführung von mehrstufigen Synthesen
- Bedienung aller Nebenanlagen im chemisch-pharmazeutischen Bereich
- Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten in GMP-gerechter und korrekter Form
- Einhaltung aller GMP und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben
Your profile
- Abschluss als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe, Chemikant, Dipl. Chemietechnologe, Chemielaborant oder Erfahrung in diesen Bereichen
- Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von (Mehrzweck-) Anlagen und Steuerungssystemen in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion
- Kenntnisse in den Grundoperationen der chemischen Produktion (Ansetzen, Dosieren, Kristallisation, Filtration, Destillation und Separation etc.)
- Bereitschaft, in einem 3-Schichtsystem (Mo-Fr) zu arbeiten
- Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie die Bereitschaft zur Flexibilität und zur Weiterbildung am Arbeitsplatz
- Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Arbeitsumfeld
- Breite Erfahrung im Bedienen von SPS Anlagen
- MS Office Kenntnisse
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
