Your role
Basé à Evionnaz, pour une durée de 18 mois, vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 personnes assurant le contrôle de gestion des sites de production de Saint-Vulbas et Evionnaz (Suisse romande). Vous assurez également un support à la Personne en charge de la Comptabilité à Evionnaz
Vos principales missions :
Suivi des projets :
Dans le module PS de SAP, vous suivrez les projets de développement du site de production de Zofingen.
- Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des différents chefs de projets et leur apporterez le support nécessaire
- Vous contrôlerez et validerez les budgets sur la base des documents fournis par le chef de projet
- lors de la clôture mensuelle vous ferez l'état des lieux de chacun des projets et établirez les provisions nécessaires
- Vous ferez le lien entre le service Administration des Ventes et les chefs de projets pour le suivi de facturation des projets du mois
Suivi des budgets d'investissements pour le site de Evionnaz :
- Vous assurerez le suivi du budget des investissements dans SAP (validation de la documentation et enregistrement dans SAP).
- Vous serez en charge des mises en services des projets d'investissements et de la documentation y relative.
- Vous assurerez le suivi des ICS (Internal control system) relatives aux immobilisations ainsi que le suivi des audits de nos commissaires aux comptes sur ce sujet.
Support à l'implémentation de notre nouvelle version SAP
- Dans le cadre de l'implémentation de SAP S4 sur les sites de Evionnaz et de St Vulbas vous assisterez l'équipe locale sur cette activité : Tests, documentation.
Your profile
• CFC employé de commerce ou / Diplôme en comptabilité
• Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'industrie sur un poste Finance/Comptabilité polyvalent.
• Connaissance de SAP est essentielle
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, allemand est un atout

What we do in Evionnaz
Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
