Your role
- Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Einhaltung der Gesetzesauflagen, Qualität, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz
- Beurteilungs- und Beauftragungskompetenz für alle technischen Fragestellungen innerhalb des verantworteten Betriebes
- Koordination und Betreuung von Partnerfirmen
- Koordination und Leitung von Projekten
- Führen von Mitarbeitern von Fremdfirmen, die für den Mehrprodukte-Betrieb arbeiten
- Unterstützung des Standortes bei allgemeinen Aufgaben und Zielen (u. a. gemeinsame Projekte am Standort, Sonderaufgaben) sowie standortübergreifenden Projekten in der Siegfried Gruppe (u.a. Optimierungsprojekte, Best Practices, kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess)
- Laufende Verbesserung der Verfahren, Effizienzsteigerung in der Instandhaltung, Förderung von Innovationen, Erweiterung der Produktionsmöglichkeiten. Ingenieurtechnische Begleitung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte
- Erstellung und fortlaufende Aktualisierung der betrieblichen Dokumentation
- Kommunikation inner- und außerhalb der Einheit im Rahmen der Informationsrichtlinien
- Verantwortlichkeit für Reparaturkosten, Projektkosten, Kostencontrolling und Kontrolle der Investitionsplanung
Your profile
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Chemischen Industrie
- Erfahrungen mit Batch-Prozessen und Produktion in einem regulatorischen Umfeld wie GMP wünschenswert
- Tiefgreifende chemische und verfahrenstechnische Fachkenntnisse
- Vertraut mit den Anforderungen des betrieblichen Arbeits- und Umweltschutzes
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Standard Software wie Microsoft Office
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement sowie Veränderungsmanagement
- Erfahrung mit Moderation und Präsentation in Projekten
- Führungserfahrung und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Zielstrebigkeit, Leistungsorientierung und Selbstmotivation
- Innovationsorientierung

What we do in Minden
For the last 80 years, Siegfried PharmaChemikalien Minden GmbH has been producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and the corresponding intermediates at its Minden facility, to meet worldwide demand from the pharmaceutical industry. We also produce ingredients for the cosmetics and food industries.
