Your role
- Recepción de las previsiones de los clientes asignados y su distribución interna.
- Recepción pedidos y su posterior introducción en sistema (SAP). Comprobando que todos los datos enviados por el cliente son correctos (destinos ya creados en nuestro sistema y precios correctos...)
- Principal punto de contacto para la gestión de las diferentes peticiones de cambio en órdenes de clien-te. (adelantar, retrasar, cambio cantidades, cambios de destino…)
- Envío de la confirmación del pedido a cliente en cuanto a la fecha y cantidad.
- Seguimiento de los pedidos a nivel interno con las diferentes áreas (producción, calidad…) asegurando que se cumplen las fechas y cantidades acordadas. Y/o priorizando las urgencias recibidas de los clien-tes.
- Seguimiento de los pedidos con cliente informando puntualmente a cliente en el caso que no se pue-dan cumplir.
- Seguimiento y análisis de los KPIs relativos al suministro. (Nivel de servicio)
- Cumplimentación y envío de los informes semanales o mensuales acordados tanto con cliente como internamente.
- Gestión de la facturación a cliente como entre compañías. (servicios/producto)
Condiciones
- Salario Bruto Anual 45.000€ - 50.000€
- Jornada Completa: 40h de lunes a viernes
- Horario Flexible
- 5% Bono Anual
- 2 días telework
Your profile
- Estudios de grado superior en Farmacia, Química, Ingeniería o Ciencias Económicas o similar o experien-cia profesional equivalente.
- Inglés nivel alto.
- Valorable experiencia en gestión de la distribución en industria farmacéutica, gran consumo o automo-ción.
- Uso de SAP, preferiblemente SAP4HANA.
