Your role
- Unterstützung von Aktivitäten zur Validierung von Prozessen und Qualifizierung von Anlagen
- Schichtübergreifende Abstimmung mit allen betreffenden Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften, um einen kontinuierlichen Produktionsprozess zu gewährleisten
- Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter beim Rüsten, Vorbereiten, Ingangsetzung, Betreiben und Stillsetzen der Produktionsanlagen
- Schnellstmögliche Erkennung und Behebung von Mängel und Betriebsstörungen
- Kontrolle, Ergänzung und Bestellung von Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
- Durchführung von Instandhaltung, Pflege und Wartung sowie Bereitstellung von Ersatzteilen und notwendigen Equipment
- Durchführung aller notwendigen Vor-, Nach-, Neben- und Unterstützungsarbeiten sowie Arbeiten in Vertretung an Produktionslinien
- Durchführung der Schulungen von Mitarbeitern an Anlagen und Maschinen und Abnahme der entsprechenden Prüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der Rüstzeitoptimierung (SMED)
- Mitwirkung und Verantwortung bei Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen
- Einhaltung aller Regelwerke bezüglich Qualität, Arbeits-/Sicherheit, Umweltschutz, Gesetzeskonformität und Dokumentation im Verantwortungsbereich und Sicherstellung, dass EHS-Maßnahmen eingehalten und durchgeführt werden
Your profile
- Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Betriebselektriker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem Industriebetrieb
- Von Vorteil Lean Expert oder Six Sigma
- Berufserfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS Office
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift

What we do in Hameln
Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.
Main activities
- Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
- Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products

- Successful transfers and establishment of new products in sterile production
- Batch size: up to 3500 liters
- Clean room area: 4000 m²
- Batch manufacture and filling of sterile products, from visual inspection through to final packaging
