Your role

Buscamos Finance & Accounting Admin (Temporal) con Alemán para dar soporte a las plantas del grupo Siegfried.

Sus principales funciones serás

- Manage AP/ AR GL accounting, execute transactions and maintain supporting documentation

- Manage bank and other cash book reconciliations

- Prepare monthly Account Reconciliations and analyze variances

- Perform Closing and Reporting activities

- Processing of accounts payable, overhead and administrative invoices in the system

- Cash / AR collection processing - Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts - Settlement and reconciliation of intercompany AR/AP balances

- Treasury: bank reconciliations, cash accounting, preparation of payment instructions for AP invoices, etc

- Preparation and posting of monthly entries requested for the monthly/quarterly closing process

- Propose improvements to optimize and automate processes.

Your profile

Educación: Licenciado o Graduado en Administración de empresas o CFGS en Administración.

Idiomas: Fluent en Inglés y Alemán

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares

Nivel avanzado en Excel y SAP o SAP_FI_CO
