Your role
- Eigenständige Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Dokumenten zur Sicherstellung der Anlagensicherheit der am Standort vorhandenen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
- Eigenständige Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Sicherheitsberichten nach Störfallverordnung (erweiterter Bereich)
- Eigenständige Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Sicherheitskonzepten für unsere chemischen Prozesse
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Sicherheitsbetrachtungen und Fortführung von Altanlagenbetrachtungen zusammen mit einem interdisziplinären Team
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit zur Prozesssicherheit (Konzern)
- Mitarbeit/Vorbereitung von (Behörden-)Audits in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung von BImSchG Antragsunterlagen
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umwelt bei speziellen Sicherheitsthemen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Sachverständigenorganisationen sowie Facheinheiten im Werk
Your profile
- Abschluss als Ingenieur oder Chemiker mit Fachrichtung Verfahrenstechnik/technische Chemie
- Eingangsvoraussetzung: Langjährige Betriebserfahrung in einem chemischen Produktionsbetrieb ist erforderlich
- Grundanforderungen: Interpretation von RI Fließbildern und sicherheitstechnischen Kenndaten, Kenntnisse über EMSR Verriegelungen (SIL Verschaltungen)
- Grundkenntnisse aus dem Bereich Störfallrecht, Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, Sicherheitsbetrachtungen (HAZOP´s), Arbeitsschutz, Umweltrecht (Emissionen, Abwasser), Explosionsschutz
- Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Umwelttechnik, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
- Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute englische Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What we do in Minden
For the last 80 years, Siegfried PharmaChemikalien Minden GmbH has been producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and the corresponding intermediates at its Minden facility, to meet worldwide demand from the pharmaceutical industry. We also produce ingredients for the cosmetics and food industries.
