Your role

  • Maintain, update, and create master data records for Business Partners (vendors, customers, employees) in SAP (R3 & S4) and other CRM systems as required.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of master data, enforcing compliance with country-specific and Siegfried internal procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for supported affiliates.
  • Monitor and resolve issues encountered by business users related to master data objects.
  • Support data migration projects, including training delivery, data mapping guidance, and acting as a Su-per User within the Global Master Data department.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base for supported sites.
  • Manage incidents and service requests: handle emails and tickets related to master data, and support business users and global IT teams in resolving data-related issues.
  • Participate in testing master data objects during IT implementations in development and test SAP envi-ronments.
  • Contribute to technology projects by providing functional analysis, executing scripted regression testing, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting their implementation.
  • Escalate support issues and enhancement requests to the IT Support Team, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver end-user and professional training sessions; prepare and update training materials (including delta training), applying “Train the Trainer” and end-user concepts.
  • Create and maintain service tickets with the required quality and timelines to ensure effective issue reso-lution and service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams by reviewing incident feedback and providing clear, tailored guidance to requestors.

Conditions
  • Annual Salary: €33,000 – €37,000
  • Annual Bonus: 5%

Your profile

  • Solid experience in Business Partner and Material Master Data within multinational environments and sys-tem support roles.
  • Advanced SAP skills (R3 and S4).
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of data mapping and migration.
  • Desirable: Experience in project management for data migration; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; intermediate Spanish level required.
