• Experience: You bring over 5 years of recruiting experience, excellent sourcing skills and knowhow about complex searches, preferably from an international environment. If you have experience recruiting in the CDMO or life sciences sector, that’s a strong plus
• Resilience & adaptability: You are driven, reliable and you understand that recruitment can be a complex journey, and your ability to build strong, sustainable relationships will set you up for success. Resilience is one of your core traits
• Language skills: You are fluent in both French and English (must-have criteria), with a good command of Spanish (as you will work in Spain). Additional languages are a plus
• Tech-savvy: You’re familiar with different recruiting technologies and LinkedIn Recruiter and are excited to help shape the future of our Talent Attraction department
• Educational background: is either a bachelor's or master's Degree in HR- or other relevant degree from higher education helps you to dive into dive into
