Your role
Position Purpose:
Corporate Controlling Function (global role) is providing data for analysis of different functions in the whole Siegfried Group to the Senior Management and ExeCom. This includes reporting based on monthly, budget, forecast figures or ad hoc analysis and consolidating such financial statements and figures.
Besides reporting the main purpose is derivating recommendations to the Senior Management and ExeCom related to steering relevant figures. This includes managing Processes Standardization & Automatization in the group wide ERP, maintaining the Controlling Group Manual, leading the group wide Budget process incl. budgeting the global functions, aswell as monitoring group targets.
Implementation of Standards & Processes within SAP S4 and to analytics tools (Super user Function) incl. managing changes into the organization is another important role of the corporate controlling.
Major Accountabilities:
Providing general standard reporting's in Actuals, Budget, Forecast incl. ad hoc analysis on a consolidated group level and scenario calculations and key figure analysis
Improve automatization and standardization of reporting processes group-wide
Support local site controlling incl. troubleshooting as well as testing of changes in SAP as Corporate User in CO Modul for S4Hana & SAP R3
Support the team in the maintenance of the group controlling manual, ensure accurate application of these guidelines in the sites by training, instructions and monitoring
Supporting the group-wide planning process
Budgeting and monitoring of global cost centers
Derivation of recommendations for action to the management, by preparing adequate presentations and leading such presentation meetings
Contributing to Corporate Projects as project member for Corporate Controlling or leading corporate controlling specific projects
Your profile

Bachelor in Business administration or min 5 years professional experience in Controlling |

| Business fluent in English and fluent in Spanish, additionally German and/or French are a plus |

| Production / Manufacturing Controlling min 3 years Corporate/Functional Controlling min 1-3 years Experience with SAP S4 roll-outs or similar Professional with Excel / BI / analytical tools Basic knowledge in Accounting |
