Corporate Controlling Function (global role) is providing data for analysis of different functions in the whole Siegfried Group to the Senior Management and ExeCom. This includes reporting based on monthly, budget, forecast figures or ad hoc analysis and consolidating functional views at group level.
Besides reporting the main purpose is to make recommendations to the Senior Management and Executive Commitee related to steering relevant figures. This includes managing Processes Standardization & Automatization in our group wide ERP, maintaining the Controlling Group Manual, leading the group wide Budget Process including budgeting the global functions, as well as monitoring group targets.
Implementation of Standards & Processes within SAP S4 and to analytics tools (Super user Function) incl. managing changes into the organization is another important role of the corporate controlling.
Your role
- Create standard reports for actuals, budgets, and forecasts, including ad hoc analyses
- Consolidate functional views and support scenario calculations and key figure analysis
- Enhance reporting process automation and standardization across the group
- Assist local site controlling during monthly closings with SAP troubleshooting and testing (CO Module in S4Hana & SAP R3)
- Maintain and enforce the group controlling manual through training and monitoring
- Contribute to group-wide planning, budgeting, and global cost center monitoring
- develop and present actionable recommendations to management, support and contribute to various corporate projects
Your profile
Education & Experience
Soft skills
- Our new colleagues should possess at least 3 years of experience within production/manu-facturing controlling at the plant level, as well as 1–3 years of experience in corporate or functional controlling at the group level
- Professional experience with Excel / BI / analytical tools and good knowledge of relevant soft-ware solutions (e.g. SAP and MS Office)
- Basic knowledge in accounting and experience with SAP S4 roll-outs or similar will help you in this role
- Bachelors in business administration would be a good academic experience
- Business fluent in English and fluent in Spanish, additionally German and/or French are a plus
- We are looking for a collaborative team player with clear, open communication across various departments and cultures
- Some flexibility and willingness to travel to work on multidisciplinary projects at both local sites and the corporate headquarters controlling
