Your role
The Process Development Manager will oversee the Process Development team, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards. This role focuses on process optimization, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration to meet economic, ecological, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process Development:
- Manage the team to develop and implement new processes that meet economic and environmental standards.
Drive Innovation:
- Introduce new technologies (e.g., PAT) and promote continuous process improvements with cross-functional teams.
Foster Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process optimizations while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
Client & Departmental Coordination:
- Represent the company in customer meetings and ensure clear communication across internal teams.
Project Management:
- Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the Process Development group, fostering a collaborative work environment and professional growth.
Technical Oversight:
- Guide laboratory operations, ensuring processes are safe, compliant, and efficient.
Your profile
- PhD in Organic Chemistry
- Proven experience in process development and team management.

Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
