Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) HSE pour conseiller la Direction sur les questions relatives à la sécurité, à l’hygiène, aux conditions de travail, et à la protection de l’environnement sur notre site chimique. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le respect de la législation en vigueur et dans la mise en place de mesures visant à réduire les risques tout en garantissant la conformité des équipements et des pratiques.
Missions principales :
- Étudier, proposer, mettre en œuvre et contrôler les mesures pour réduire les risques dans le respect des normes HSE.
- Gérer les relations avec les autorités, les clients et les organismes officiels.
- Garantir un service d’intervention conforme aux standards de l’industrie chimique.
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et suivre les procédures et la politique HSE :
- Plan de formation, habilitations, audits, analyse des risques.
- Optimiser le traitement des rejets liquides, solides et gazeux selon les normes administratives.
- Participer à la conception des nouveaux équipements industriels et au développement de produits pour y intégrer les contraintes HSE dès leur conception.
- Manager l’équipe HSE, développer les compétences des collaborateurs, et assurer une bonne communication interne.
- Élaborer et suivre le budget OPEX, proposer un plan d’investissement CAPEX en collaboration avec le département engineering.
- Maintenir à jour les procédures standard et les instructions de travail HSE.
Your profile
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou master en sciences.
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans la gestion HSE sur un site chimique.
- Leader, pédagogue, doté(e) de qualités humaines et managériales.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement un service tout en étant réactif(ve) face aux urgences.
- Esprit d’équipe et rigueur professionnelle.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais

What we do in Evionnaz
Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
