Are you an experienced HR Generalist passionate about contributing to a dynamic and growth-oriented environment? At Siegfried, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our HR team and support our Siegfried Acceleration Hub in Grafton, Wisconsin. In this full-time role, you will leverage your HR expertise to administer and provide comprehensive support and advice. 

Your role

  • Ensure accurate data in HR Information Systems (SAP/ADP) by completing and reviewing data changes.
  • Manage vendor portals (e.g., benefits, 401(k)) and collaborate with payroll for carrier feed integration.
  • Prepare all changes and updates, along with supporting documentation, for payroll.
  • Manage new hire and termination enrollments, benefit plan updates, invoicing, and open enrollment processes.
  • Administer 401(k) plans, including enrollments, terminations, processing, audits, and reporting.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including managing the ATS, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and processing background checks.
  • Ensures timely response to employee issues and resolves any employee relations situations.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR Management required
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR department
  • Certifications like PHR/SPHR are advantageous
  • Experience with SAP and ADP is a plus
  • Full proficiency in MS Office required
