Votre mission :
En tant que Responsable du Laboratoire QC, vous aurez pour rôle de superviser l’équipe du laboratoire et de coordonner l’ensemble des activités liées au contrôle qualité. Vous veillerez à assurer la conformité des analyses avec les exigences en matière de qualité, sécurité, environnement et rentabilité.
Vos responsabilités principales :
- Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe du laboratoire QC dans ses missions quotidiennes.
- Organiser la planification hebdomadaire et journalière des analyses (matières premières, produits finis, études de stabilité), en lien avec les besoins de la production et du service commercial.
- Réaliser et vérifier les résultats analytiques.
- Rédiger les investigations, les rapports de déviation, les instructions de travail et les procédures associées.
- Participer activement aux réunions de coordination entre les départements QC et production.
- Prendre part aux audits internes et externes, ainsi qu’à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Assurer la formation continue des collaborateurs du laboratoire.
Your profile
- Solide expertise technique, appuyée par une formation d’ingénieur en chimie requise.
- Expérience en management d'équipe de plusieurs années
- Esprit d’initiative, force de proposition pour améliorer les processus techniques et organisationnels.
- Solides capacités d’analyse et de raisonnement, notamment dans le cadre d’investigations ou de résolution de problématiques techniques.
- Aptitudes rédactionnelles développées – la maîtrise de l’anglais écrit constitue un atout.
- Bonne connaissance des techniques analytiques suivantes :
- U/HPLC (Ultra/High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- GC (Gas Chromatography)
- IC (Ion Chromatography)
- Maîtrise du logiciel Empower.

What we do in Evionnaz
Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
