Your role

Überprüft das Vorhandensein aller erforderlichen Standardsubstanzen und Verbrauchsmaterialien, die für die ihm übertragene Analyse erforderlich ist, leitet die Bestellungen ein
Führt komplexe physikalische und nasschemische Analyseverfahren inkl. der entsprechenden Vorbereitung, Berechnung, Auswertung und Dokumentation GMP-gerecht aus
Führt komplexe instrumentelle Analyseverfahren insbesondere HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC, UV-, VIS-Spektroskopie, IR-Spektroskopie, Polarimetrie und viele mehr inkl. der entsprechenden Vorbereitung, Berechnung, Auswertung und Dokumentation GMP-gerecht aus
Führt termingerechte Analysen gemäß gültigen Siegfried Hameln Prüfvorschriften und allgemeinen Verfahrensanweisungen oder gemäß Arzneibuchvorgaben (Ph. Eur. / USP / JP) in deutscher und englischer Schriftform durch
Führt Analysen von Betäubungsmitteln unter Vollschutz aus
Führt komplexe Verifizierungen der Analysenmethoden gemäß Arzneibuchvorgaben aus
Führt mit dem Laborleiter Wareneingang Aufarbeitungen und Bewertungen zur AWP-, OOX- Erfassung aus
Stellt eigenverantwortlich die termingerechte Implementierung, Instandhaltung, Kalibrierung sicher und führt die dazu notwendigen Analysen durch. Wirkt bei Bedarf bei der Implementierung neuer Analysengeräte mit.
Führt die Planung und Dokumentenerstellung zur Beauftragung und Versendung externer Analysen im In- und Ausland aus
Führt und pflegt Kontakte auch in englischer Sprache zu externen Laboren

Your profile

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich (z.B. Chemielabo-rant, CTA) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung; alternativ Weiterbildung als Chemietechniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium in den Naturwissenschaften
Möglichst (min.4-8 Jahre) Berufserfahrung, in der instrumentellen und nasschemischen Analytik (Schwerpunkt HPLC und andere) Alternativ: Intern bei Siegfried Hameln ausgebildet
Erfahrung im korrekten Umgang mit Monographien (Ph. Eur., USP, JP, BP)
Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
Teamfähigkeit und Kritikfähigkeit
kommunikative Kompetenz

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products
