Your role
Buscamos Analista de laboratorio para cubrir baja por enfermedad en el departamento de Microbiología.
Tu principal misión será;
Realizar tareas de análisis microbiológico, de índole rutinaria o no rutinaria, de cierta complejidad y variedad sobre materias primas, producto semielaborado, producto acabado, material primario de acondicionado, sistemas de planta (agua y gases comprimidos) y ambientes en zonas clasificadas, bajo supervisión de su responsable. Así como, obtener los datos necesarios para generar la documentación precisa que debe incluirse en cada lote, protocolo, informe o análisis de riesgos.
Tus tareas diarias serán las siguientes:
• Carga microbiana en materias primas y material primario de acondicionado
• Carga microbiana en producto acabado antes del proceso de esterilización
• Carga microbiana en producto acabado no estéril
• Esterilidad de producto acabado
• Monitorización ambiental en zonas clasificadas
• Monitorización de sistemas de planta (agua y gases comprimidos)
• Valoración microbiológica de antibióticos
• Siembra y control de indicadores biológicos
• Test de eficacia antimicrobiana
• Preparación de reactivos, diluyentes, líquidos de lavado y medios de cultivo
• Fertilidad de medios de cultivo
• Lectura de pruebas de validación de procesos asépticos
• Identificación de microorganismos
• Validación de métodos microbiológicos,
Your profile
Titulación: Mínimo formación en Ciclo Superior en Análisis y control de calidad
Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia
Idiomas: Conocimientos de inglés a nivel de interpretación de textos técnicos
