Your role
Realizar los controles microbiológicos descritos en las normativas vigentes (globales e internas) de las materias primas, productos y materiales de uso en planta. Así mismo, realizar el control del agua de uso y los parámetros microbiológicos ambientales descritos en dichas normativas.
1. Muestreo de agua, aire, superficies, materiales de acondicionamiento, detergentes y desinfectantes y todos aquellos materiales que requieran condiciones especiales para el análisis microbiológico, siempre que sea necesario.
2. Análisis Microbiológico de las muestras que llegan al laboratorio: Agua, controles ambientales, Materia prima, productos intermedios, producto acabado, material acondicionamiento, detergentes y, desinfectantes.
3. Validación de los métodos utilizados en el laboratorio. Estudios especiales de acuerdo con la implementación de nuevas directrices.
4. Documentación de datos primarios, tanto de muestreo como de análisis siguiendo las normativas GMP y GLP. Comunicar cualquier resultado anómalo al responsable del área y colaborar en la investigación de este resultado.
5. Editar informes, estudios especiales de forma esporádica.
6. Ejecutar las identificaciones microbiológicas como parte de las investigaciones en curso y/o controles de calidad.
7. Mantenimiento de aquellos equipos del Laboratorio en el plazo establecido. Mantener los libros de equipo.
8. Preparar y descontaminar el material utilizado para su lavado según normativa vigente. Eliminar los residuos descontaminados. Autoclavado de material biológico. Esterilización de materiales necesarios para toda la planta de Producción.
9. Preparar, los reactivos, medios de cultivo y cepas de referencia necesarios para cada análisis y control de stocks.

Education: FPII Laboratorio, ciclo formativo superior o formación equivalente
Languages: Inglés Intermedio.
Experience: Conocimiento de las técnicas utilizadas y de las políticas de Calidad

Bulk manufacturing and packaging of solid dosage forms for:
- oral applications incl. high potency (e.g. oncology)
- inhalation capsules for medical devices to treat respiratory diseases
