Your role
· Lead and oversee product and program execution within PxLT structures by ensuring that all assigned products are manufactured and delivered on schedule, meeting regulatory and quality requirements while maintaining cost efficiency. Drive alignment between production, supply chain, and R&D to ensure seamless execution.
· Develop and implement future-oriented concepts for product lifecycle management by assessing technical feasibility, optimizing production plans, and defining investment needs. Establish strategies to improve product performance, cost-effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, compliance, and profitability by identifying process inefficiencies, production bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities. Proactively implement solutions that enhance product value while maintaining compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
· Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by representing assigned products in key decision-making forums. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure all teams have the necessary information to execute projects successfully
· Manage budget and cost control for assigned products by overseeing financial planning, investment allocation, and cost optimization strategies. Lead special projects such as technology transfers and production improvements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Your profile
· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field. Additional business or project management qualifications are a plus.
· Minimum 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing industries, with a strong background in product lifecycle management, production planning, and regulatory compliance.
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive process improvements while balancing cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

What we do in Hal Far
Hal Far is our drug product manufacturing site for solid dosage forms. It offers innovative and generic drug products for the global market with a competitive cost structure at Swiss quality level.
