At Siegfried’s Grafton site, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce while staying closely connected to day-to-day operations. You will be able to influence the future of the organization by hiring key talent and ensuring employee development, while providing a strong HR Operations management.

Siegfried's Acceleration Hub is the latest addition to the Siegfried network. Located in Grafton (WI), we provide comprehensive support to customers from early phase pre-clinical and clinical development, through scale up and validation, up to and including commercial manufacturing of Drug Substances.

As Senior Human Resources Manager, you’ll be the HR business partner to the site leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing all aspects of human resources—with one direct report and strong cross-functional influence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both executing the details and shaping the bigger picture.

Your Tasks

You will lead all core HR activities while actively partnering with leadership and employees to further develop a high-performing culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, 401(k) administration, leave administration, manager annual compensation processes, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Own the talent acquisition lifecycle and ensure seamless onboarding and retention practices that fit the site's unique culture
  • Implement and maintain development programs, succession planning, and site-wide training initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR systems (Workday/SAP), reporting, and site-level metrics.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR on initiatives involving headcount planning, job grading, salary bands, and global programs
  • Represent the site in community relations, security coordination, and internal projects while championing Siegfried's Code of Conduct.

Your profile

You are equal parts doer and thinker—comfortable operating at a strategic level while staying grounded in the everyday needs of the business. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Management
  • 5-7 years of broad HR experience, with a track record of both strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution
  • Background in manufacturing or a 24/7 operation, ideally within a regulated environment like pharma, food, or medical devices
  • Detail oriented- must be able to work with a multitude of manual HR systems/processes to research issues, determine cause and provide remedy.
  • Hands-on working manager who can "roll up their sleeves" to bring programs to fruition.
  • Change Management oriented to ensure programs are well implemented and well understood throughout the employee group.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and a flexible, service-oriented mindset
  • A self-starter who thrives in a lean team environment and embraces a culture of continuous improvement
