In recent years, Siegfried has continued to expand their global footprint and market penetration to become a global player in the CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) industry. We are currently around 4,000 employees in 13 global locations (3 in the USA) and support operations in both drug substances (pharmaceutical ingredient) production as well as drug product (finished pill, vial or syringe) markets.  

The role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner US is to attract talent to our company. Some CDMO talent can be very niche or in over-fished markets, and some roles are in highly competitive talent markets. This newly created role will facilitate hiring in our three US-based locations, drive brand awareness and develop pipelines for future opportunities.

Your role

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent. Target profiles that include pharma- as well as non-pharma backgrounds, manufacturing or professional functions
Country-wide Reach: Cover the full spectrum of recruitment challenges, from quick solutions to complex missions, across our sites in Irvine, California; Grafton, Wisconsin and Pennsville, New Jersey
Stakeholder Collaboration: Support our US line managers by fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies
Employer Branding: Support local employer branding initiatives to attract talent
HR and TA Initiatives: Actively participate in global HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives to stay current with industry trends and enhance your career growth
Candidate Support: Be a sparring partner for candidates, helping them make informed career decisions and providing a positive candidate experience

Your profile

Experience: At least 5 years of recruiting experience, in particular with a strong focus on sourcing. International experience is a plus, working in a matrix environment, as well as any experience in the CDMO or life sciences sector 
Passion: you are interested in the sourcing part and in building positive relationships with candidates but also with your partners from business
Resilience & Adaptability: Demonstrate a driven, reliable nature with the ability to build strong, sustainable relationships. Resilience is key as you navigate the complexities of recruitment and a fast-paced organization
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with various recruiting technologies and LinkedIn Recruiter
Educational Background: A bachelor's in HR or a relevant field   or equivalent experience

Some travel to our US based sites may be required to understand the site differences for successful sourcing

Please note: our colleague should be located in the greater Philadelphia or Wilmington markets and works hybrid from our Pennsville, New Jersey

The target compensation for this role is $115,000-$125,000 plus 7,5% bonus at target.

Zofingen is the hub of the Siegfried Group. The production facility at our Zofingen headquarters supplies our customers around the globe with exemplary Swiss quality. The Siegfried company is a popular employer in the Zofingen region, where we meet our social responsibility by training apprentices.
