Your role
Der Site OpEx/PMO Manager (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der Strategien und der Projektpipeline, um kontinuierliche Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsverbesserungen zu erreichen:
- Aufrechterhaltung der Leistungs-KPIs
- Durchführung von Schulungen auf Standortebene (5S, SMED, andere Tools nach Bedarf)
- Führt Projekte auf Standortebene durch und hält Meilensteine, Ergebnisse und fi-nanzielle Ziele unter Verwendung von CI/OPEX-Tools und -Methoden ein
- Entwicklung von Projektplänen, Umsetzung und Verwaltung des Kommunikations-/Branding- und Änderungsmanagementplans für die Region
- Projektauswahl und Prioritätensetzung
- Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern und Fähigkeiten
Your profile
- Hochschulabschluss in einer technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Disziplin, Wissenschaft oder pharmazeutische Technologie oder gleichwertig
- Lean 6-Sigma Black Belt Zertifizierung
- Weitere Ausbildung wünschenswert in:
- PMP-zertifiziert
- Anspruchsvolle statistische Kenntnisse (z.B. MVDA)
- Projektleitung/Coaching
- Change Management
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Persönlichkeit mit Eigenantrieb und Umsetzungsstärke
- Durchsetzungsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

What we do in Hameln
Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.
Main activities
- Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
- Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products
Special features
- Successful transfers and establishment of new products in sterile production
- Batch size: up to 3500 liters
- Clean room area: 4000 m²
- Batch manufacture and filling of sterile products, from visual inspection through to final packaging
