This role has three main focal points: New Business, Strategic Planning and Relationship Management
New Business
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for collaboration and growth of existing high-importance clients, introducing new products or services, and exploring ways to increase the clients' sales.
• Orchestrate mutual efforts with global and local departments to grow the business and deepen existing relations. Plan and align with customer on the requirements, forecast and orders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure the conclusion of other contracts necessary for the execution of contracted business.
Strategic Planning
• Develop effective customer growth strategies and successfully mediate between the organization and customers. Develop and implement long-term strategies for client retention and upselling
• Research market trends and keep up to date with industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities
• Act as trusted advisors, understanding the unique needs and goals of each client. Align them with the products, services, and solutions offered by the company
• Safeguard knowledge about current and future customer needs within Drug Product segments of sterile and oral solid applications. Drive development, technology transfer and further buildup of Drug Products
Relationship Management
• Trust, transparency, and reliability are the pillars upon which relationships are built with our clients. Demonstrate commitment to understand the client's needs and act in their best interests. The role is to create a solid foundation for a long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnership
• Become the go-to person for the client by fostering trust and mutual understanding, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Anticipate challenges and provide personalized solutions by handling issues swiftly and professionally
