Your role
Votre mission principale :
Vous avez la responsabilité de produire et distribuer des utilités (production eau osmosée, traitement rejets gazeux process et production vapeur) au niveau de qualité requis. Vous travaillez également à l'optimisation des consommations énergétiques.
Pour ce faire, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
1. Opérations - Maintenance :
- Assurer le maintien des installations, y compris l'état général de propreté des zones Utilités, afin de garantir une fiabilisation et une exploitation optimale de celles-ci, dans le strict respect des cGMP.
- Réaliser les vérifications quotidiennes de leur bon fonctionnement.
- Maîtriser parfaitement l'outil de travail (les équipements Utilités) pour être en mesure d'analyser, de décoder un problème technique et d'apporter des solutions.
- Agir en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié de la production dans la gestion des alarmes liées aux utilités.
- Etre force de proposition pour des améliorations au sein des utilités.
- En collaboration avec le service Technique, coordonner les interventions de maintenance interne et des entreprises extérieures.
- Participer à la mise à jour et à la vérification de la documentation (modes opératoires, procédures, logbooks).
- Participer aux plans de prévention concernant les installations Utilités.
2. Optimisation des consommations énergétiques :
- Réaliser le suivi des consommations énergétiques/utilités du site aux fréquences définies.
- Participer à la recherche de fuites et initie les demandes de réparation.
- Participer à la recherche des pistes d'améliorations afin d'optimiser ou de réduire les consommations d'énergie.
Your profile
Qualification :
Formation initiale Bac +2 (Fluides-Utilités / Production ou Maintenance) ou autre exploitant avec une expérience significative sur un poste opérationnel dans le secteur de la chimie fine en environnement cGMP et Seveso.
Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion de votre travail au quotidien et vous avez une bonne capacité à communiquer, à prioriser et gérer les urgences.

What we do in St.Vulbas
Siegfried St. Vulbas is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1993, employs nearly 150 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, safety, administration and more.
