Your role

  • Disziplinarische sowie fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Supply Chain
  • Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von Prozessabläufen 
  • Koordination der Kundenaufträge und Sicherstellung einer rechtzeitigen Fertigstellung 
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Maschinenkapazitäten optimal genutzt werden und Aufzeigen von Engpässen/Überkapazitäten in den Fertigungsstufen 
  • Einhaltung und Optimierung der Durchlaufzeiten 
  • Bestandssteuerung und Optimierung von Halbfertigwaren, Zwischenerzeugnissen und Fertigwaren, um die Einhaltung der Bestandswertziele sicherzustellen und die vertraglichen Verpflichtungen gegenüber den Kunden zu erfüllen 
  • Pflegt Kontakt zu Lieferanten für das Handelswarengeschäft
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen, Erstellung von Auswertungen aus der Langfristplanung
  • Bestätigung der Kundenaufträge zum Kundenbedarfstermin unter Berücksichtigung der Kapazitäten

Your profile

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain oder alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann möglichst mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Planung und Steuerung (z.B. REFA-Grundausbildung oder Fachschein) 
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung und Steuerung sowie Beschaffung
  • Sprachkenntnisse Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung 
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Anwendungskenntnisse von SAP, Schedule++ (als Planungssoftware) und MS.Office
  • Fähigkeiten in Projektsteuerung, -führung und -umsetzung

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

  • Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
  • Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products
