Your role

Das Trainee-Programm ist in zwei Phasen unterteilt und für einen Zeitraum von 18 Monate ausgelegt. Nach dem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Traineeprogramm haben Sie sich in die Themenbereiche der Technik und die angrenzenden Bereiche intensiv eingearbeitet und haben ein umfassendes Verständnis erlangt.
Innerhalb der ersten 12 Monate durchlaufen Sie phasenweise mehrere technische Themengebiete, begleitet von den verantwortlichen Experten.
Instandhaltung Produktion (Bedarfsplanung, Terminierung und Realisierung)
MSR (Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik)
Planung und Roll-Out von Optimierungsprojekten
Technische Dokumentation
Sterilfertigung und Optische Kontrolle & Verpackung
GMP Qualitätsmanagement 
Gerätequalifizierung

In der zweiten Phase werden Sie sich in Absprache mit Vorgesetzten auf ein Projekt fokussieren und in dieses intensiv mit begleiten und unterstützen.

Begleitung und Planung von größeren Investitions- und Instandhaltungsprojekten
Mitarbeit in und Planung von technischen Optimierungsprojekten an Produktionsanlagen
Umsetzung einzelner Maßnahmen an den Produktionslinien, in der operativen Logistik und der Werksinfrastruktur
Förderung von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz

Your profile

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektro-/Automatisierungstechnik, Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbar oder abgeschlossener Techniker
Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, z.B. durch Praktika von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
"Hands On" - Mentalität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

  • Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
  • Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products

  • Successful transfers and establishment of new products in sterile production
  • Batch size: up to 3500 liters
  • Clean room area: 4000 m²
  • Batch manufacture and filling of sterile products, from visual inspection through to final packaging
